Abstract
Inspired by environmental studies, particularly Island Biogeography, this research delves into the innovative concept of “Sectoral Corridor” public policy, aimed at enhancing collaboration between the Social Economy (SE) sector and other sectors. The study unfolds in several key stages. Firstly, it introduces the concept of Sectoral Corridors, shedding light on the government intervention on the dynamic interactions with the SE sector and their counterparts. Secondly, the research presents findings from a comprehensive document analysis of 84 public policy measures in Gangwon Province of Republic of Korea, categorizing them into distinct types. Finally, it delves into the theoretical contributions, insights of the role of localising the SDGs, limitations of the research, and suggestions for future studies.
