The Global Forum for Social and Solidarity Economy (GSEF) is looking to broaden its financial partnerships to support the continued development of its advocacy efforts and capacity-building projects aimed at expanding the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) worldwide.

Our ambitious objectives aim to support SSE’s change of scale worldwide, as a complement to local, continental and international dynamics existing in the network. The GSEF members lead and deploy innovative public policies and projects in favor of the development of organizations and ecosystems. They prove that another economy, focused on human beings and solidarity, is already existing in all areas.

To do so, the GSEF relies on the universal SSE definition, suggested by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in its 2023 resolution, which acknowledges the substantial role that SSE plays in reaching the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), fighting against poverty or reducing inequalities.

We launch therefore a call to all foundations and committed companies, attentive to support concrete initiatives, serving territories and communities. By supporting the GSEF, you contribute to accentuate SSE’s visibility at the international level and the implementation of economical solutions, respectful to human beings and the environment.

Assisting the GSEF could support the network and its members’ actions, while being completely consistent with your foundation or company’s strategic axis.
