A GSEF Initiative

The GSEF is delighted to announce the launch of its Observatory of Local Social and Solidarity Economy Policies.

In a context where SSE issues risk being depoliticized, it was crucial for the GSEF to reaffirm the key role of public authorities in SSE development. Behind the creation of this Observatory, the GSEF carries a true ambition to give international visibility to initiatives taken by local authorities in favor of the SSE and to create a space for sharing and exchange.

The Observatory aims to be a dynamic and comprehensive resource: synthetic notes written by stakeholders published continuously, thematic webinars to exchange on best practices, and an online library gathering extensive documentation. The Observatory becomes an international reference platform for SSE policies.
