Internship: Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE)
The United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD) is an autonomous research institute within the UN system that undertakes interdisciplinary research and policy analysis on the social dimensions of contemporary development issues. Through its work, UNRISD aims to ensure that social equity, inclusion and justice are central to development thinking, policy and practice.
UNRISD is now accepting applications for an internship position, starting in March or April 2017, to assist the SSE team with a new research project on the social economy (SE) in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The intern may be based in Korea, or at UNRISD in Geneva.

Job Description
The Research Analyst will work under the direct supervision of an UNRISD Senior Research Coordinator. The Research Analyst will work primarily on a new research project on the social economy (SE) of Seoul, Republic of Korea, and may be requested to contribute expertise to related ongoing and future projects in the area of social and solidarity economy (SSE).
