Summary: 

Poverty Reduction through Social Entrepreneurship (PRESENT) Coalition is an alliance of various social enterprise practitioners, advocates, NGOs and members of academia. The coalition was formed in 2011 and was an initiative to unite the Philippines SE sector. One of the coalition’s central missions is to push for the enactment and implementation of the PRESENT Bill, which attains to right the current policy environment. The PRESENT Bill hopes to not only revise the main legal frameworks but also to create various support programs that will create an ecosystem where social enterprises can perform at its best.
