GSEF will host the ‘Networking Event’ at the forthcoming ‘9^th World Urban Forum (WUF9)’ in Kuala Lumpur.

The WUF9 is the world’s premier conference on Cities. Convened by the UN-Habitat, it is an international event which focuses on the implementation of the New Urban Agenda and Sustainalbe Development Goals(SDG).

At the WUF9, GSEF is going to host the ‘Networking Event’ on the theme of “Youths as Change-makers and Drivers for the Sustainable Urban Development for Social Inclusion and Ending Poverty” on Sunday 11^th Feb from 9:00-11:00am in room 405 at KLCC (Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre).

This Networking Event is the 1^st follow-up action of the ‘Global Youth Camp for the SSE’, which is held by GSEF last year in Seoul and Gurye. In this event, we are going to discuss about how the youth generation dealing with their own local issues with SSE methods and what possible resources or external supports would be helpful. Also, we plan to share some helpful and specific case of municipal government policies for the progress of the sustainable urban development and SSE.
