| How to Make Hotel Reservation |

| Participants can make a reservation directly to the hotel through e-mail or phone call. First, please download an each reservation form and check documents, send it to the hotel by e-mail or fax. The confirmation letter will be sent to the respective participant by hotel office on the condition of appropriate reservation status. |
