The fourth edition of the Global Social Economy Forum GSEF2018 was co-organized by the city of Bilbao and GSEF, in collaboration with the main social economy networks representing various families of the Social Economy in Bilbao and the Basque Country. It was held from 1 to 3 October 2018.
