​​​​​​A representative of the GSEF Secretariat had the pleasure to attend the Asia Pacific Social Enterprise Summit 亞太社企高峰會 held in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, between 11/05 and 12/05.

Over 1,500 participants joined APSES, one of the most significant summits on social enterprise across the Asia Pacific region, to meet, collaborate and exchange ideas and experiences about the development of social enterprise.

It is encouraging to see the commitment of different stakeholders towards localizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through social innovation.

Practitioners from the region exchanged their views and experiences in facilitating the development of an ecosystem for social enterprise.

GSEF also took the chance to meet different partners including city governments, innovation labs, and social enterprise networks during the summit.

We hope that these encounters will lead to further collaboration in the future.
