  1. Position: Coordinator
  2. Vacancy: one position at the GSEF policy division
  3. Main tasks
  • GSEF General assembly and Steering Committee meeting

      * Communication with Bilbao local organising committee and GSEF members for organising the GSEF 2018 Bilbao General Assembly, execution of specific programmes and managing the overall event.

  • GSEF continental policy dialogues and implementation support
  • Operational side of GSEF Secretariat including human resource, organisation, finance and general management.
  • GSEF membership expansion and member management / Managing membership fees and other misc. task
  • Undergraduate degree (or higher) on social economy or other related subjects including management, economy, international law, public administration, marketing, international cooperation and international relations.

     4. Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in the field of social economy or international cooperation (for those who hold master’s degree). And at least five years of experiences in the field of social economy or international cooperation (for those who hold undergraduate degree)
  • Experiences in international relations and organising international conferences / events.
  • Native level of proficiency in English and Spanish
  • No restrictions for international traveling  

     5. Contract Terms

  • Contract duration: two years (including probation periods, the contract is renewable)
  • Working hours: 09:00 ~ 18:00 ( 5 days a week)
  • Working location: GSEF Secretariat (Seoul, Republic of Korea)
  • Salary: 35,000,000 KRW ~ 40,000,000 KRW per annum (including Korean national pension, industrial accident compensation insurance, employment insurance and national medical insurance coverages)
  • Annual leave: within 21 days per year

* Final salary scale will be decided through negotiation by taking candidate’s experiences into considerations.

* For a foreign national, there is no additional financial support for relocation of the candidate and their family to Korea
